Where does pepsg ship to?
We ship worldwide.
Notes:
- Shipping restrictions may apply to specific address types like P.O. box address and Military Base address etc. that some carriers cannot deliver to.
What’s the shipping cost?
We like to make things simple, shipping cost is $9.99/pc worldwide. Sometimes we offer FREE SHIPPING promotions.
What’s the shipping time?
All items taking time to be purified before shipping, we always ship orders in stock within 24-72 hours after your payment is fully in our account.

- The shipping time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.
How long does delivery take?
US & Canada: 3-5 business days.
Europe: 5-7 business days
Southeast Asia：3-4 business days
Australia: 7-9 business days

- We are not held responsible for any import duties or taxes. Some of our products from our overseas warehouse and you may need to pay import duties or taxes.
How will my delivery be shipped?
Logistics partners UPS, DHL FedEx, TNT etc help us ship out your order. We will choose the carrier that we think works best for our customers.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since they are maybe in different warehouse, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product has been shipped. Kindly pls double check your delivery address when placing our products.
Notes:
- If you have made an error in your delivery address, pls email us ASAP., so we can quickly change it. After an order has left our warehouse, the address cannot be changed any more.
- If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. pepsg will not replace the order or issue a refund.
